The OID (Observatoire de l’Immobilier Durable or Green Building Observatory) is an independent non-profit organisation established in 2012. Its mission is to accelerate the transition of the real estate sector in France and internationally, by fostering the emergence of a sustainable, low-carbon, resilient and environmentally responsible real estate sector that creates value and drives positive impact.
