The Sustainable Real Estate Course provides a solid foundation of knowledge on ESG issues and their application to the real estate sector. The course takes a systematic approach, offering a 360° overview of the various issues through short, thematic modules, with downloadable fact sheets and non-graded exercises.
1. To gain an understanding of key global metrics relating to the main ESG issues
2. To identify factors specific to the real estate industry and the key challenges the sector faces
3. To familiarise trainees with the standards, regulations and tools available to address these challenges
4. To understand the sector’s general limitations and opportunities, and to explore new narratives
This course is designed for real estate professionals who wish to be trained on ESG issues to integrate the principles of sustainable development into their practice. It is open to all, with no specific prerequisites.
