Governance

The OID is run by a Board of Directors comprising of 21 members representing the different categories of activity. They are elected by the members at the General Assembly and are vested with the broadest powers to administer, manage and take all decisions in the best interests of the association. An Executive Committee is elected among the board members for a term of three years to represent the OID.
