Launched by the OID in 2021, the European Sustainable Real Estate Initiative (ESREI) was born from a simple observation: environmental challenges extend far beyond our national borders, and it is essential for stakeholders to consider and harmonize their sustainable practices at a continental level.
To this end, ESREI fosters and facilitates a European network focused on sustainability issues for the real estate sector, driven by an effort to share best practices and collective intelligence.
The Biodiversity Impulsion Group is an applied research and collective action program that brings together project owners, major users, public or private clients and biodiversity experts, with the aim of integrating biodiversity issues into the design and management of real estate projects in France.
The Building Adaptation Program is a collaborative program dedicated to applied research and the implementation of collective actions and tools for adapting buildings to climate change.
