European Sustainable Real Estate Initiative

The European Sustainable Real Estate Initiative (ESREI) was launched by the Green Building Observatory (Observatoire de l’Immobilier Durable, OID) to extend our work to the European scale.

Real estate companies with international activities need to fully understand how their counterparts in European countries deal with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues.

As European regulations have to be considered by all actors, the OID has launched this initiative to tackle these issues by producing studies and content at a European scale and monitoring key evolutions in regulations.
