European Sustainable Real Estate Initiative

The European Sustainable Real Estate Initiative (ESREI) is a programme launched by the
Green Building Observatory (Observatoire de l’Immobilier Durable, OID) in order to extend
our study scope to the European scale.

Due to their international development, real estate
companies need to fully understand how their counterparts in European countries deal with
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues.As European regulations have to be considered by all actors, the OID has launched a
dedicated programme, ESREI, tackling these issues.
